Personality Crisis
Ah Cell. The ultimate villian. (Or, atleast some of us like to think so.) He was made from the cells/DNA of all the greatest warriers. Sure. Anyone who knows Cell knows this. But do we know what particular characteristics came from which person? The different personalities of these fighters come together to form Cell's very own unique one. And even though some parts of his personality may be painfully obvious of whom it is from, (a.k.a Vegeta), some of the others get clouded out. But it's all there. All you have to do is look.
