We all know that Cell is great. But ofcourse, without a kick butt voice he wouldn't be as great a character as he is. So below is some info I've managed (with help) to scrape up about his voice actors (or Seiyuu). I've actually got info on the mysterious Dameon Clarke, the english voice of Cell.
